Mindful Yoga & Meditation, Balancing Movement and Stillness

Explore the internal arts of contemplative practice through gentle, restorative yoga movement and mindfulness meditation techniques for wellness and ease.  This seminar is suitable for all levels of experience and will include experiential practice, relaxation and reflection on your own self-care.  Time will be given to answer questions on beginning a home practice or nourishing the one you already have.  Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and any other props you use. A few will be available to out of town participants and those who do not have a mat.

This class will be repeated in the afternoon.
